so i just type whatever i can remember..
Rotaract Club of Pudu had organized a visitation to Gardenia Factory yesterday..
The trip was successfully held and there is about 40+ of us attended this visitation..
One of the PDRR, Terrence told me that about 13-14 years ago we also had a visitation over there,
but i dont think the staffs will remember us..
Newayz, Gardenia bread is always my favourite..
m so exciting to visit their factory again..
P/S: my last visit was 7 years ago..
I still remember the fragrance of the bread...
wow, it's damn nice even you haven't enter to the door..
all the things did not change at all except the staffs..
hehehe =)
According to the "tour guide",
one day they can produce up to 550 000 of breads each day..
you can see the demand of bread is damn high in the market..
They had won a lot of rewards before and also ISO 9001, ISI 2020 and etc...
No doubt their bread is really good..
You can even eat it at its own like you can see from their theme song's lyric =)
A bread can be produced when it has passed A-O processes..
From adding all the ingredients, yeast to make the dough,
then divider, rounding, oven, cooling, packaging and so on..
the whole process will roughly take about few hours i think (cant remember the time =P )
what i remember was the cooling of the bread will take 70 mins..
and the temperature in the oven is about 220 degree Celcius..
and the yeast they are using is liquid yeast..
so it's very fragile according to her..
For your information, there are Gardenia bread in Sabah & Sarawak,
but it actually a completely different company to the Gardenia factory in Peninsular Malaysia..
they are just sharing the same name but totally a different company and different product..
so dont confuse..

m not that kind of person who like to do sexy pose...
after the visitation,
we proceed to the nearby restaurant called Xiong Gei..
we have ordered a lot of ducks, chickens, Char Xiu, Xiu Yok and noodles..
19 of us cant really finish all so we da bao(take away) for the remaining..
and guess what..
the remaining also need to fit into 3 boxes -.-"
hmm, the food is not bad just that is a little bit salty..
